Meet Anita Victoria, a Marketing & Growth Strategist with over 20 years of experience and the Founder of MogulsAndUs. A seasoned property investor on the Costa del Sol, she personally navigated the complexities of Spanish real estate law — from her first house purchase a decade ago to permanent investments — and built a trusted network of lawyers, notaries, tax advisors and architects along the way.

As the Co-Founder & CEO of SheroLiving, she now leads Shero Real Estate, a venture dedicated to guiding women toward independent property investing in Spain and beyond. Her mission: to turn the opacity of Spanish real estate into clarity, confidence and ownership for every woman ready to take that first step.

Shero Real Estate is part of the HER ecosystem — a community-led real estate and interior design house for women who are buying, investing in and shaping their own homes.

We work mostly across Andalucía but not only — from coastal villas on the Costa del Sol to stone cortijos in the Sierra Bermeja and urban penthouses in Málaga and Sevilla. We also advise on international buy-to-let, timeshares and fractional ownership for women building portfolios in plain sight.
